Mostly gray, overcast days for the past two weeks. Today the sun is out so my optimism has returned and am looking forward to shooting some spectacular sky shots soon.

sometimes skies heavily laden with gray clouds are the most beautiful...these are wonderful images Elisabeth!
Wow...this looks dramatic,Elisabeth!I heard about the terrible tornados in USA!I hope you are safe!
Have a nice weekend!
We are safe, thank goodness. Today I am thinking of the Meister Eckhart quote:
"If the only prayer you ever say in your whole life is 'thank you,' that would suffice." Meister Eckhart
Been lots of grey skies about our region too. Like the way you have been able to pick the pretty views out of your horizon to share with us in SWF.
the first one is something like a painting...

have a great weekend.
Mostly grey, yes, but the light on the green in the first photo makes for a lovely photo.
Your photo's of those grey skies are beautiful Elisabeth. They are so dramatic. wonderful
Third image looks like God is winking at us. Clouds looks fluid and like a storm is brewing. Click your red shoes Elisabeth.

Beautiful moody skies.
Lovely captures of the sky in various moods. The colours pop against the grey too.
