AL, my moc shot was inspired by a painting by Andrew Wyeth. He painted his boots from above, looking down on them, as he walked the terrain of Pennsylvania. After seeing his painting. I have been fascinated with boots, shoes and the beauty found in simple, common, every day things.
I love the lighting on this. Great work as always.
We have a Geology professor that always take a photo of his boots in front of some of the most spectacular nature scenes in the world. They're great shots. I wonder if he was also inspired by Andrew Wyeth.

I agree! Lovely shot
Tee hee, mocassins are classic. I also had shoes in my previous mono post.
Eheh! Good for dancing! The carpet is beautiful!

I wonder where this pair of moccasins have been and what path is ahead. Yea, you choose passion for photography in this path of now.

I love shoe photos. They make great subjects, don't they?
An "old" feeling to the picture.

Oh that's a very lovely picture in sepia..
I am sure you are right! I love the composition and perspective in this photo!
I've always like mocassins..so comfy. And you do your mono shots perfectly.
I've only been taking pictures for a short time but I love it too and now I'm making up for lost time.
Excellent shot Elisabeth!
Javisst det är bara att låta fantasin flöda.
A fine shot!
great shot
Gorgeous - I really like the texture of the rug beneath. You could do still lifes for the toast catalogue/company!
Nice. Not a huge fan of sepia but this works
Your moccasins are worthy of framing. Very elegant photo indeed.
