Watching light across the hills and mountains is fascinating. Here the sun came out after a heavy rain. North Carolina in the spring can be awesome.

Hi Elizabeth, I live in Franklin. NC. Your photo is awesome and sure does look like our mountains here. Maybe we are neighbors. That would be very nice. Let me hear from you re: location.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. That is how I found you -- and I must say your photography is stunning. You live in one of my favorite parts of the world -- I lived in salisbury for several years, and my husband and I go up to the areas around Asheville as often as we can.

Serenity and wonder as time is captured through your lens and a fleeting moment is lost in the past forever and yet preserved for others to view over and over again. Amazing the way light dances gently on the landscape as if being painted by the hands of god. Thanks for sharing this with the rest of us.

I love this picture. I live in NC too and we had some bad storms yesterday. This is just what it looked like here too.

How lucky you are to live by mountains, that sky with the storm clouds blowing over is just awesome. I love your photography.

What a gorgeous shot! I'm a Nikon fan gal myself and still have much to learn.

The lighting in this landscape image looks like Church's work. Nice job!
